   I’ve seen this but can’t remember where it is located….will you tell us? This would make a good starting line for a short story……

     Hi, they’re on the corners of the 4th and Spring and 4th and Madison, on the east side of the Safeco Plaza building. 🙂

       arghhh, I was at the downtown library today but didn’t see this……next time.

       But there is always “next time” because I will be going to the library again….and again…..and again! And I cut through Safeco Plaza, too!
